Create a Road Show

Road Show is not available in all releases of EasyShare software.

A Road Show is a portable slide show of pictures in your collection that can be played on any system with Apple QuickTime Player version 3.0 or later installed. You can share your Road Show with family and friends by sending an email message or copying it to a CD-R or CD-RW disc. For information on copying the Road Show to a disc, click here.

1. In My Collection, select the pictures and then click the Road Show tab.

The Road Show window shows thumbnails of the selected pictures. Optionally do any of the following.

u Exclude pictures. Control-click each picture.

u Add pictures. Click Get Pictures. In My Collection, select the pictures and then click the Road Show tab.

u Edit a picture. Double-click the picture and then click Edit Picture in the Full-Screen viewer. For more information, click here.

u Remove pictures from Road Show window. Click the My Collection tab. In the Pictures for task pane, select the pictures and then click the Remove Selected Pictures icon.

2. Do the following as appropriate.

u Prepare first slide. In the Enter text for your title slide text box, type the text that appears on the first slide. The title can contain up to 26 characters, including any combination of letters (A through Z), numbers (0 through 9), supported symbols, and spaces. By default, the date the Road Show is created is added to the slide. To exclude the date, deselect Include creation date.

u Picture display size. Click the appropriate option. When emailing your Road Show, select a smaller display size.

u Preview Road Show. Click Preview.

3. Click Save and do the following as appropriate.

u From the Save in drop-down menu, select the location on your hard disk where the Road Show is saved.

u In the File name text box, type a filename. The default filename is RoadShow.MOV.

u Click Save.

The Road Show is added to your collection and displayed in My Collection.
